Classes

Each class I offer is an invitation to explore your body and mind through the diverse branches of yoga. My approach is rooted in the combination of mobility, strength, and flexibility, always in harmony with conscious breathing and fluid movement.

 

Regardless of your experience level, whether you're a beginner or advanced, each session is designed to adapt to your needs, allowing you to grow and deepen your practice.

I enjoy incorporating unique elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga into my classes, creating a space where no practice is the same as the last. This blend of styles will allow you to discover new ways to connect with yourself, challenge yourself, and find balance both on and off the mat.

I offer yoga classes in Spanish, designed for Spanish speakers who want to practice in their native language. Each session is tailored to all levels and provides an opportunity to connect body and mind in a familiar and accessible environment.
